I am an EMT, volunteer firefighter, and computer programmer. Growing up, I always wanted to help people. I was always the one standing up to the bullies or running into an emergency while everyone was running out. I have an extremely big heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I am in need of help. I have struggled with depression for years. I've gone through every possible treatment, tried every anti-depressant out there, but it always seems to come back. I want to leave the United States and see the world. I believe this will open my eyes and my mind to the beauty of this world that I am not currently seeing. I believe my medical training and desire to help others will provide me with the opportunity to travel. I am always willing to work hard and help in any way possible.

Interests

I love adrenaline. Whether it's something as simple as hopping on my bike for a long ride or skydiving. I love to step outside of my comfort zone and try new things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be thrilled to pass on my knowledge of emergency medical care. I would do this for free, knowing that it may save a life one day. I am always interested in learning something new, but what I would love is to learn Spanish from someone who is fluent in it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be honored to pass on medical training, help work on a farm, or even share stories of my past. I don't have very much money, but I have love and faith.
