I'm Josh! I like hiking, surfing, and exploring the great outdoors, as well as playing and listening to live music! Above all, I love to travel! I love meeting people from different cultures, and learning new languages.

I have lived in Spain and Brazil doing study abroad programs and working as an English teacher. Now I am back home in San Diego. Send me a message and maybe we can meet up and I can show you something cool around my city :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I used to play in a reggae band, so reggae has a special place in my heart, but I love all kinds of music. Classic rock, soul, funk, etc.

Right now the music I listen to the most is house/electronic music, as well as indie bands like Jakob Ogawa, Mac Demarco, Mild High Club, Beach Fossils etc.

Oh yeah and I also love to play Brazilian music! Bossa nova samba and MPB. Vinicius de moraes, tom jobim, os novos baianos

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to play guitar, bass, ukulele, some piano, sing, used to play trumpet...I can teach you some music!

I would love to learn how to play more instruments too.
