I've traveled a lot since 2014. Started with back-packing and hitch hiking in New Mexico, then to living off-grid in Colorado and traveling cross-country in 2016. I've stayed at an ashram a couple times, woofed at farms, surfed couches from Santa Fe to San Diego to Saint Petersburg. Lived in Sedona, AZ on and off for the past few years, and just got back to the states from Bali. Met some incredible people. Hiked some beautiful nature. Had some life changing experiences.

I'm a creative, spiritual practitioner, and musician, and into all things consciousness. I help people with their websites sometimes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies like Avatar, the Fountain and Cloud Atlas. Anything with depth.

As music goes, I love a bit of everything, from Estas Tonne to Yaima, tribal electronica, jazz and meditative tones, to gypsy folk and devotional music, rock and blues. I love variety, just depth and range really, Truth in expression. Nothing with disempowering messages theses days.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed the Grandcanyon under full moonlight with no flashlight because I lost it. Total surrender and bliss after questioning whether I’d survive, gifted a flashlight and made it up the cliff... one of many stories I have to share of how we are supported :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I practice meditation every day, and always studying practical spirituality, reading new books and classics like Neville Goddard and Joseph Murphy, and host a youtube channel on these topics. Open to learning and sharing!

What I Can Share with Hosts
