I work in human services, and can't afford to travel as much as I would like. Couchsurfing sounds like a good way to explore more while on a budget.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completed the Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk for Suicide Prevention when the walk was in Boston, June 2015. It was an 18 mile overnight walk that we completed in the pouring rain, and I raised about $1500 dollars for suicide prevention and education. It was an incredible experience, but it was also the hardest thing I have ever physically done.

This years Overnight Walks for Suicide Prevention are taking place in San Francisco (May 21) and New York (June 4).
