About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Thailand and Vietnam in February 2013

ABOUT ME

I like to help people and am always interested in hearing/learning from people's experiences.

I've been told I have a good sense of humor, so I guess that's a plus.

I practice yoga 5-6 times a weeks and I am more than happy to show people where I practice when they come visit, and I'm excited to practice in as many places around the world I can.

I love to go hiking/trekking, I made it through the Everest base camp trek, which was absolutely amazing. A also love to be on/around the water. Canoeing, kayaking, rafting, going to the beach, they all sound great as it is -8 in Wisconsin as I write this.

I love to share stories about traveling with other people and learning the culture beyond the tourist attractions when I visit somewhere.

I'm not big into the party scene anymore, usually just a coffee or a couple beers/wine/whiskey. Every once in a while I don't mind a good party :)
