Hello, thank you for checking out my profile ))

I'm pretty laid back, and easy going, and try to keep a positive outlook on life.
I come from a large, blended family. I'm the oldest of 10 other siblings...4 sisters and 6 brothers! I can tell you that growing up, there was never a dull moment!
Right now, me, my mom, and two of my younger sisters are all living together. I don't like living alone, so this way we can be together, and I'm able to help them out since my mom can't work at the moment, and I can take care of other things around the house, and help her with the girls.

We have about 10 cats...maybe 12! We started out with just 2, but then my sister would find kittens either abandoned, or lost out in the street, so she'd bring them home to help them out until we could find homes for them. Well, before we could find homes for them, we got attached to them, and they got attached to us, and so we ended up just keeping them. It seems like a lot...okay, actually it is, but it doesn't seem overwhelming and they all get along...usually!

To relax, I like to hang out at home and watch movies with my family and do other things around the house. I don't mind going out and doing other activities, but since I don't have anyone to go with, I'm fine with staying home.

I used to practice on the drums, but I haven't done it in a long time. Maybe this year I'll pick it up again!
I've been working on learning Russian for about 2 years. I really enjoy it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet new people, make friends, and visit other countries and explore their cultures. Right now, I'm interested in visiting Ukraine and Russia.
