Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the summer of 2015 I went on my first true backpacking experience through Nicaragua for one month and absolutely loved every second of it. Through other online platforms, Iboth found hostels and locals to stay with. My expeirience with some of my hosts were so amazing that I wish to travel in this style in the future, rather than hotelling / hostelling and such. My first host, Lily, Helped pick us up form the airport, drove us to her favourite bars, told us the history of Managua, the capital, and was very generous.
