About Me

A LIL BIT OF INFO:
The account is under my name, but this is a package deal. You have the utmost privilege of meeting me AND my girlfriend, Britany! She's a gem, trust me... Just look at that profile picture.

We are two young adults from Toronto, Canada. We are ambitious go getters who want to make the most out of life. We love positivity and happiness so much, and hope that you can bring more of that vibe to our place!

BACKGROUNDS:
I am half Japanese and half german... I like to think that the best part about my combination is the FOOD! Britany is full Slovak. Again, the food!

FAVOURITE FOODS:
I will eat pretty much anything under the sun (as much as I try to stay healthy).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to explore as much as this world as possible, and we know you do too. Thats why we want to be able to make friends, connections, and networks with people all around the globe. This is not only important now, but even more important the next time we visit!

If you're planning on staying in Toronto, please let us know AT MOST 2 weeks before. Any longer planning and we can't guarantee that we'll be home all the time :(

Music, Movies, and Books

FAVOURITE MUSIC:
We both love ALL types of music. If we had to narrow it down, it would come down to say indie and folk/americana. Think of The Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, Vance Joy.

FAVOURITE MOVIES:
Britany loves every comedy in the book. She enjoys laughing out loud to pretty much everything that comes her way. I like films that make me think. Films such as Inception, The Prestige, Interstellar, or TV series' such as Lost.

FAVOURITE BOOKS:
We read LOTS of books on business, success, positivity, psychology, etc... My favourites are: The Four Hour Workweek (Tim Ferriss), The Happiness Advantage (Shawn Anchor), The Happiness Equation (Neil Pasricha).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't speak for myself, but Britany has volunteered in the Philippines, which I think is absolutely incredible. I hope one day we are both able to do this somewhere special.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Toronto is an incredible city. It has everything you could ever imagine in a big metropolitan city. There's an abundance of diverse food, culture, and things to do. We live near "old Toronto", which has a lot of history, dating back to before Canada was even a country! Old Toronto is in the heart of the downtown core, so you won't have a long way to go, no matter where you're headed!

Be friendly, kind, respectful, and thoughtful. We will be too, we promise.
