I am a father of a nine year old wonderful girl and a husband to a loving wife. I have the best dog in the world! I am a craftsman at what I do. I work a lot and play when I can. I love to travel, meet new people, and see how others live.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travel for my work from time to time. Often I will pull a fifthwheel and find someone of the job to stay with me to save us both some cash.

Music- Guy Clark, John Prine, Steve Earl, Sublime, Todd Snider, 311, the Pogues, Shawn Mullins, Jeffrey Foucault, David Allen Coe, Free Wild, Robert Earl Keen, Jakob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, Flogging Molly, Sam Bush, Peter Case, Pink Floyd, Tim Easton, Neil Young, Greg Brown, Chris Knight, Counting Crows, Dropkick Murpheys, OAR, Loudon Wainwwright III, Indigo girls, Townes Van Zant, the list goes on and on. Really in to Folk/American, but I listen to a little of everything.

Movies- I love comedies. Favorites, Dumb and Dumber, Princess Bride, Big Labowski, All of Kevin Smith movies. All time favorite movie, Disney's Robin Hood.

Books- Don't read much, but noteworthy authors that have caught my attention are... Dan Brown, Douglas Adams, and Garrison Keillor.

I went to work at the South Pole.

I am a skilled welder. I like to garden and a I am constantly learning new things with that (thanks Farmers Almanac and Mother Earth News). I like to have a mechanical problem in front of me, figuring out what is wrong, learning from it, and fixing the problem
