Movies: Love all action, comedy, inspirational, true stories and a big Marvel/DC fan.

Books: I haven't read in a while but really enjoy bibliographies on famous sportsman.

Songs: I have a huge range of songs, from going to the gym listening to pop and rap music to chilling on a Sunday with background acoustic featuring Jack Johnson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to my first World Cup in 2018 and besides being in awe of the athletes and the event, I landed up bringing home two bronzes and one silver in our relays. A realization that no matter where your from or what you've been through, you can achieve anything you put your mind to.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a surf coach, swimming coach and part time motivational speaker among the youth of South Africa. I believe knowledge and time are the best gifts we are able to give to one another.
