G'Day I'm Josh, an English born, Australian raised musician who is finally ready to get out of the small isolated bubble I've lived in for the past 5 years and explore the world. After a quick trip to LA in June of 2019 the wanderers soul I've always had was finally set free and I'm ready and raring to get out and live life in the world. I'm looking to gain new experiences, make new and hopefully life long friends, inspire and push ahead with my artistic works and given in to the Rambling Man I have always been.

While I wish to see as much of this world as possible right now my plan is to head over to Seattle in mid to late August of 2019 and slowly ride the 90 day Australian visa down the West Coast to leave LA for home in mid to late November. After that top of the list is to check out Europe and truly explore the homeland of Australia.

I'm looking to head over to the US from mid August to Mid November with just my guitar, backpack and swag to gain some much needed life experience, help to influence my artistic endeavours and introduce my music to a range of new places and people.
While I'm happy to unroll the swag where ever I can having the occasional roof over my head, bed to sleep in or bathroom facilities to use would be nice and what better way to meet the people of The West Coast!!

I will listen to pretty much anything and everything but a few favourites include Counting Crows, Matchbox 20, Eric Clapton, B.B King, Tom Waits, Seth Sentry, Eminem, Frank Sinatra, Elton John, The Wombats, Nahko and Medicine For The People, The Decemberists, Jack White and Paul Kelly.

Movies:
Open to most cinema with the exception of Horror. Some favourites are The MCU, The Before Trilogy, Baby Driver, The Boat That Rocked, The Prestige, Hot Fuzz, A Fish Called Wanda, Die Hard, Disney Animation and Pixar

Books:
I haven't been reading as much these last few years as I'd like but I am always a fan of Harry Potter, A Song Of Fire and Ice, The Jack Reacher Series, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Sherlock Holmes Novels and Stories and the occasional Musicians Biography.

I'm a qualified teacher and have a large self taught knowledge of music and cinema that I am always happy to share and open the floor to discussion and debate. I am always willing to learn new skills wether they be language, party tricks, cooking skills and seek out the chance to learn from the knowledge and life experience of everyone I meet. I in turn am always happy to impart some of my own knowledge, understanding and experiences to those I come across in life.

Along with the friendly Australian personality and humour, I can share my music and companionship over my stay, be a reason to get you out of the house to explore your city and develop possible friendships that may follow us down the road of life.
