Overview
About Me
I'm relentlessly driven to make a heart-expanding impact on this planet. My purpose is to challenge and inspire myself and others to connect, create, and contribute before we inevitably decay and fade to dust.
As a musician and videographer, I make music that saves lives and puts teenagers on a path of healing and self-actualization.
As a marketer and writer, I work with businesses, entrepreneurs, and musicians who create products, services, and musics that contribute to the flourishing of the world. Through marketing, I spread the transformational value they have to offer further, wider, and deeper.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm brand-new to this! It looks promising, because I feel having the opportunity to meet and interact with fellow travers is what makes traveling so rewarding. I've done the whole "hotel wine, dine, and serve me in relative privacy" routine in many countries, and it's nowhere near as fun or fulfilling.

Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC
An adequate list here would bog down the CouchSurfing.com web server ;)
But seriously, music is the biggest part of my life. I listen, create, record, and perform some form of just about every genre. But if you had me tied to a chair with a sawed-off shotgun to my head and asked me to name my favorite artists/bands within 10 seconds... I reckon I'd get something specific to tumble from my top-hole.
BOOKS
At the risk of sounding like a broken vinyl... I devour such an eclectic variety of literature, I'm not sure what to list here.
I suppose you could take a glance at the picture of me posing like an idiot in front of my modest home library... celebrating the acquisition of some muscles after spending most of my life being comically emaciated (I've included the pic solely to show the library).
MOVIES
Edgar Wright and Quentin Tarantino are my favorite directors. They are monstrously good at what they do, and tend to make films that resonate with my peculiar brain.
I once did a video review of the Wachowski's, "Cloud Atlas." Tom Hanks saw the video and shared it with his 10.6 million Twitter followers. I think it's an under-appreciated film, that's been made all the more memorable because of that fun moment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just one? What a tough question. This year, I got to witness the blood-red supermoon while overlooking the city of Zürich, Switzerland. That was amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I used to fancy myself a good teacher. It's been a while since I felt that way, because the more I learn, the less I know. I'm pretty convinced that I know nothing at this point, and I like living that way... Curious and wide open to whatever may be real and experiencing it anew, moment-to-moment.
With that being said... I've conducted loads of very successful experiments marketing businesses and musicians, so I can certainly share about that madness. And I have heaps of stories to tell. From multiple near-death experiences (I once had my neck split open right next to jugular vein), to meditating in silence and isolation for 10 days and obliterating my identity in the process.
Let's just swap stories over some wine and see what we learn together!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Music, wine, and literature! And if there's a guitar nearby... Let the jamming begin :)
