About Me
What's up? My name is Joshua. I like to make art and travel but I haven't been able to travel as much as I'd like to. I tend to be more laid back and on the quiet side. I prefer quality conversations while drinking quality beverages with quality people versus wild nights at a club or bar although both can be great.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Looking to meet some cool people while I'm traveling around this small oyster people call the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
Musique: Most things really, but my favorite genres are hip-hop and classic American/British rock.
Movie: Rushmore, Good Will Hunting, Drive, and so much more. I love watching movies.
Books: Again, I just like to read whatever I can but I usually gravitate more towards biographies and literature (George Sanders, Dave Eggars, David Sedaris)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've manage to do a few things now I think are cool. I had tea with a Korean General at his home, rode mopeds through Ho Chi Minh, was blessed by a monk in Thailand, and I've been teaching middle school boys in Korea for nearly 3 years now which I think is kinda cool.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not the most experienced traveler so I'm eager to learn any tips or advice people may have about traveling.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a pretty easy going, self-reliant guy. I enjoy quality conversation and sometimes cooking if you are willing to trust me in your kitchen! So far I've never burned anything down...
