CURRENT MISSION

I am a young Australian from Sydney backpacking through Europe with my girlfriend Jardine for 4 months. I am hoping to see, enjoy and experience as much of Europe and Northern Africa as possible in this time!

I am a young Australian who comes from Sydney and enjoy an active and simple life. I am travelling through Europe for the first time and think that using Couch Surfing will be a great way to meet people and experience the culture.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am using Couch Surfing for the first time and enjoying the amazing generosity of people in Europe. This trip will be for 4 months but when I get back to Sydney I will have a couch up for grabs!

Interessen

I love to run, run some more and then keep on running. Especially on trails and in the mountains. I like to rockclimb and slackline and spend time outdoors swimming and hiking. I like eating good, fresh food and spending time with my girlfriend, family and friends. When relaxing I read, listen to music or play guitar.The rest of the time I am eating nutella and drinking coffee.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

So many books and so music in my life, a little less time for movies. Cormac McCarthy is my favourite author, though I really adore Dumas, Dostoyevsky, Kerouac & Hemingway.
Favourite bands are The White Stripes, Bob Dylan, Velvet Underground & Bright Eyes, though there are so many more. I try to play acoustic guitar also. Favourite movie has to be Fight Club, very closely followed by Point Break!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My main sport is running Ultra-marathons on trail. Depending on your opinion this can be seen as amazing or stupid...sometimes I am not sure either :)
