About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To surf in Central America later this year!
ABOUT ME
Like many on this site, I enjoy travelling to new places and meeting interesting people. I have been fortunate to have traveled in Europe, the Middle East, and Central America.
I am University of Kansas alumni, which makes me a KU basketball fan. KU football, on the other hand, is another story...
I am a pretty laid back guy who is just as comfortable drinking and dancing the night away, as I am people watching over a cup of coffee.
I come from a large family (seven siblings!), so family is quite important to me. I also have a seven year old nephew who I get to hang out with every Sunday. He is pretty awesome.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I surf, I host, and I have met some interesting and wonderful people along the way. My current focus is to become more active in my local CouchSurfing community, both in participating and organizing events/meetups.
Interests
Singing off-key and playing the guitar quite terribly.
Cooking breakfast. Dinner, not so much.
Running. If it's a race, all the better.
Camping, backpacking, climbing, pretty much anything that can be done outdoors.
Beer. Particularly the microbrew and homebrew variety.
British television programming. I enjoy the quirky, off-center, dry humor that is the BBC.
