About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See and experience what the world has to offer. Broaden cultural perspectives. Live. Chill out.

ABOUT ME

Foodie. Filo-Australian.

I keep it chill and bring an open mind to things. My sense of humour varies at times (depending on how sleep deprived I am) but I'm always up for a laugh.

Will I try new things? Hell yeah.

PHILOSOPHY

Chill out. Have fun. Take life as it comes. I prefer to be able to adapt to changes as change is the only consistent thing in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I'm not traveling or working crazy hours, I host those I can. I also catch up with fellow travelers for a meal or drink even if I'm not able to host at the time. I enjoy showing the city of Adelaide to people willing to see it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since joining, I've surfed, and hosted numerous people. I've also met up with people over a meal or drinks so if we happen to be in the same city, let me know :)

Interests

Sports.
Writing.
Music.
Chillin out.
Reading.
Going to the beach.
Being more than just a tourist.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I listen to a wide variety of music although hip-hop/rap has always been more of my preference. I also write lyrics from time to time based on acoustic instrumentals.

I probably watch tv series more than movies and once I start one, I kind of have to watch every episode haha

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As part of my uni degree, I volunteered at a school for the blind in Vietnam called Nhat Hong and I was able to teach the skills I had learnt at uni. It was an unforgettable experience and showed me the different career paths my degree could take me in.

BOOM 2014.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - I'm more than happy to teach Tagalog to those wanting to go to the Philippines or have a knack for languages as well as how to play chess. I've also done a bit of swing dancing although I might be a bit rusty haha. I can also cook, but I mainly make cheesecakes :)

Learn - whatever you're willing to teach. But I really enjoy learning new languages

Share - moments.
