ABOUT ME

I spend most of my time either studying or playing and consuming music. I study philosophy and mathematics at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Kant and Peirce take up most of my philosophical energy right now, but I am interested in a pretty wide range of viewpoints.

I play bass in the band Sleepy Age (www.sleepyage.com).

I love to meet interesting people and visit interesting places. I love to walk and cycle around in unfamiliar places. I intend to get some serious cycle touring done at some point in my life, but at this point I have only done some small rides in New Zealand.

I have only joined CS recently. I would like to offer up what couches I have in the future to interesting travellers. Unfortunately I won't be able to accommodate anyone for the next few months. Watch this space.

Philosophy - Kant, Peirce, German Idealism, Pragmatism, The relationship between the continental and analytic styles of philosophy.
