Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to the project, but frequently find myself hosting friends, friends of friends, and family members on my couch, and thought this would be a great place to continue what I am already doing.
It would also be great to have a resource for local tips and friendly faces when I am traveling abroad.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Just the informal crashing on friend's couches around the States and in my travels abroad.
Interests
Writing, reading, hiking, dancing, painting, mask-making, photography, getting lost and un-lost, great food and wines, film, people-watching, and general impromptu adventures.

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything from Woody Allen's films, "Amelie," or "I Heart Huckabees" to "Strictly Ballroom"
Philip Glass.
I live in a pile of books. Odds are I have read it or am about to read it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Self-published a book of poetry, watched an amazing sunset in Madagascar, worked at a butterfly farm, gave horseback rides through the cloud forests of Costa Rica, ate 13 tacos in one sitting, worked on an ostrich farm, hit the Botswana national bird with an Opel after searching all day for it.
