About Me

CURRENT MISSION

...going abroad to grow personally, meat awesome people, have interesting chats, laughter, get inspired, extent my horizon, know foreign cultures, meet people from all around the globe, learn languages, help people and animals in need - as a future teacher I just want to take little steps in order to make a difference in this world...

ABOUT ME

My name is Josy. I'd say I am reliable, honest, open-minded, autonomous, humourous, and lively. I love travelling and the outdoors. I grew up in the countryside. I love horseback riding, camping, outdoor sports, foreign languages, and my life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

IN GENERAL

I always want to get to know more about the world, about other cultures, foreign languages and people

Being on couchsurfing helps me to connect with those people I share my passion with, people that can inspire me in some way and that I can help in the same way.

AT THE MOMENT

I'll be back in New Zealand end of September and will stay until the end of January. I came back cause this stunning country left me speechless when I travelled it in 2015. I wanted to come back after my graduation from university and walk Te Araroa, a long distance path that stretches across both islands from north to south.
I'm therefore looking for nice hosts along the way that can host me for usually one (rarely 2) nights on a simple couch- or ket me pitch my tent on their property.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm currently underway in Vietnam and New Zealand and thus not at home in Heidelberg, what makes hosting difficult. Will be back beginning of next year. However, if you need recommendations in and around Heidelberg, drop me a line.
