ABOUT ME

Middle child of nine kids in my family, I love being around people and playing music, telling and hearing stories, cooking and eating food, adventuring outdoors, and so much more. Although I'm comfortable being around a lot of people, I also need my time of solitude to recharge in meditation, writing, reading, prayer, etc.
I backpacked through India and Nepal for 13 weeks at age 19, traveled a month in France at 21, gone to various states throughout the U.S., and spent a year working with YWAM missions organization in Hawaii and Brazil, working in slums and red light districts to serve and love the poor, orphans, prostitutes and others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I personally have not used couchsurfing yet to stay with a host, but I've traveled quite a bit throughout the world, so I'm excited to give this a try. I have several friends as well as my brother who have used CouchSurfing and have had incredible experiences, and they're the ones who suggested I try it.

I want to meet local people in a natural way and learn from others of what they've learned while living in a certain place, or while traveling.

Interests

I recorded my first solo EP two years ago, and my first studio album (more like LP) is going to be released hopefully by November 7, 2017. Also working to compile and publish my first book from my writings over the last several years, so this is an interesting time. I just love to be alive and create art in all its various forms.

I can share wild stories from all around the world, get spontaneous musical jams going, and overall just have a great time hanging around, eating food and adventuring!
