Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to make friends and share new experiences with them.

I don't think of Couchsurfing as "free accommodation", it's an amazing way of travelling and meeting so many incredible people from around the globe, you get a complete different perspective when you actually are in touch with local people and their culture. Isn't that way better than just doing some "tourism" somewhere new? I don't what just to meet new cultures, I want to live them up.

I spent a night in a Berber tent in the middle of the Sahara Desert. Without doubt it t was the most beautiful and deep experience I have ever had.
