Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To languish in the joys and sorrows and adventures of youth. To experience sights and sounds and meet interesting people and really just make the most of my precious, fleeting life.
ABOUT ME
I am Josephine, eighteen. An avid reader, a dreamer, an uncoordinated dancer and an eager student. I yearn to see more of the world; to meet kindred spirits with whom to share drinks and joys. I am currently working as an Au Pair in France, but am planning to make several voyages around Europe in my free time.
PHILOSOPHY
Unhappiness is the space that exists between what you have and what you desire. Strive to make your loves your life and you will find happiness.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to participate in conversation, in singing songs and making dinner and washing up. And I make a pretty mean cup of tea if i do say so myself!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was fortunate enough to host some really lovely people at the end of 2011 who made me eager to undertake my own couch surfing adventures. Earlier this year i had some brilliant couch surfing experiences traveling around Germany and England and now intend to do as much surfing and hosting as possible in the future!
Interests
Sometimes i feel that certain music can touch my soul. I utterly adore going out to live music! Also I love writing and receiving letters in the mail, speaking French, walking, gardening, visiting museums, climbing trees and baking.
