About Me

I'm passionate about my work as a kindergarten teacher, but I left that life behind to travel more than once. My boyfriend, who travels with me is a Trek Leader and Rescue Responder in the Himalayas. I've been traveling and living abroad since 2014 and love seeing what life is like in other countries and through other people's eyes. I'm an adventure junkie and prefer spontaneous travel over detailed planning. I enjoy hearing other's stories and learning what each person has share. My friends say I'm fun and easy going.
I'd like to think that's true!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll be traveling with my boyfriend from August 2021 to July 2022 and I choose Couchsurfing because it'd one of the best ways to get to know the locals and a new city! I love getting to know new people and am open to new experiences, which seem to be pretty prevalent within the travel community.

Interests

Experimentation and trial and error are how I've learned most of my skills. I love Teaching EFL and I just left an amazing job where I had more than 60 young students, but what can I say, the road was calling my name. I also enjoy almost all forms of dance, both for fun and performances. I used to choreograph for shows. I also have a knack for finding mountains to climb and mysteries to solve. My boyfriend says I'm a good cook, but I never follow recipes as I find them faaar too dull. I'm usually down for a fun night out and open to local experiences. Anyway, I hope to meet some amazing people on my travels. Will you be one of them?
