I'm Jossie from Jakarta, a corporate girly by day seeking to discover what I truly want to do with my life. Maybe this is what people call a quarter-life crisis? I enjoy conversations over food (but really, who doesn't?), long walks by the beach (despite Indonesians being famously lazy walkers, according to Stanford), and ice cream (because those walks can get pretty long). Although Indonesia is home to some of the world's most beautiful marine life, I only learned to swim at the beginning of 2024—better late than never, right? I'm currently on a 6+ week adventure through Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, exploring city life, taking short hikes, and even trying snorkeling for the first time! I'd love to meet new people along the way, exchange languages and cultures, and who knows, maybe we'll cross paths again somewhere else in the world.
