Overview
About Me
I am very spontaneous, sometimes a little too optimistic and super relaxed. I usually take things the way they come and I am happy about the little things :-)
I love listening and making music of all kinds and genres. Downtempo, Debussy, Snoop dogg, you name it.
I play the piano, guitar, bass, ukulele and I sing in a choir.
Also I love to read, sit outside as long as possible and obviously travel whenever possible!
I currently work for the RefugeeProject Maastricht as an English Teacher and for Foodsharing Maastricht.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have been couchsurfing quite often now but everytime it was a friend who contacted the hosts, that's why i don't have any references. I only had amazing experiences with couchsurfing, I have slept on a small boat covered in snow and ice in the most nothern part of norway, I have explored cities in belgium with local tips about do's and don't's and I met the most amazing people.
In general I love meeting new people and exploring places.
Music, Movies, and Books
As i mentioned i am into all kinds of music. with books i don't have a specific taste but right now i am reading a lot of old books. I don't watch many movies and usually my friends pick one so i am happy with anything really...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sleeping somewhere in the deep jungles of cambodia
sleeping on a small boat covered in snow and ice in the most nothern part of norway in december,
& Seeing the nothern lights above the lofoten islands.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share some nice travel stories, interesting psychology facts, laughter and maybe even some music lessons ;-) I wish to learn and improve my spanish and learn about music and artists I don't know.
