I usually go to the CS meetings and the CS language exchanges in the cities where I'm living or visiting. I use the CS forums to share information. I host people and I surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met Couchsurfers in Sevilla, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Yogyakarta, Palawan, Hanoi, Iloilo, Manila, Boracay...
I've hosted people in my condo in Bangkok and I've been hosted in the Philippines and Paris.
I've been in weekly meetings in Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sevilla.
