Music, Movies, and Books
I can always jam out to the beatles, who can't?? I also like chillwave, reggae, and 70's rock!
I like any movie with a decent star rating that can make me laugh, think, and feel love. Avatar, Bridesmaids, Elf, Beetlejuice, Lucy, The Cloverfield Paradox to name a few. My favorite childhood movie is Matilda, I would watch that movie on repeat.
I mostly read spiritually inclined books, but I do enjoy gardening, botanist, and cooking books. I like Many Lives Many Masters by Brian L. Weiss, A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, any Eliot Coleman book, Edible and Useful Wild Plants by Charles F. Saunders, Medicine of the Earth by Susan Fischer-Rizzi, Thug Kitchen 101: Fast as F*ck, and Creative Dreaming by Patricia Garfield.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There was a local art exhibit showcasing local artwork in all mediums. I wanted to submit my work since I had just been given a few paint and brush suggestions. At the time, I was working full time and had no days off. I had four evenings to make three paintings so each day after work I would drive an hour straight home, blast music, eat snacks, and focus on finishing one paint at a time. These paintings were very detailed so I was up till about 1am each night. Well worth it!!
