我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We've had a few couch surfers come and stay at our house in Bristol over the past year, and it's been a great way to meet lovely people. Now I'm hoping to stay with some nice, fun people on my travels around Europe! Myself and my friend Tom are on a 3 weeks holiday, and would really appreciate a place to crash and some good conversation!! : )

My passion in life is growing veggies! I love gardening, and of course eating and sharing the fruits of my labours! Any sort of outdoorsy missions, bike riding, wandering, swimming in the sea ... chilling out with some beers with like-minded people and enjoying some good company and good times.

I love going to shows - mainly punk, hardcore, metal, but not limited to just the heavier stuff, I love to dance to any good music. I couldn’t really name my favourite movie, I watch a lot of documentaries on films for action, especially around permaculture and sustainability because I’m a geek about that stuff, I could watch someone talking about fungi or soil for hours.

A few years ago I lived on a cattle station (before my vegetarian days) for 9 months in the outback of Australia. I finally learned to ride a horse, even a camel, there's lots to tell but that can wait!

I can share my love of food in the form of some delicious vegan home-cooking. If you have a garden that needs some love I’d be very happy to earn my keep with some green-fingeredness. Other than that I know having someone do the cleaning and washing up can make life a lot easier!
