ABOUT ME

Hi, i'm Jen. I recently finished my masters degree in mechanical engineering and started work at the U.S. Department of Commerce. I work full-time during the week, but I have flex schedule, so I can typically host Thursdays through Sundays. I enjoy hosting people and showing them a really good time with fun fondue dinners and parties with friends. If you're around on a Sunday you're completely invited to Sunday brunch, which typically includes unlimited champagne or mimosas.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by having my couch guest bedroom open to any non-scary people who may want to crash. If you're not an axe murderer, you are totally welcome in my place. My place is convenient to all public transportation (metro, buses, amtrak, and airports).

I'm also open to meeting up for drinks, a fun happy hour, brunch, or just to chill with other people & CSers in the area.

London for a day
Germany for a bit

LOTS of host-age...Itry to make fondue for all my CSers, assuming it's weekend-ish and I'm free.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once when my friend Josh & I were fixing our cars...it started POURING down rain about a half mile away from us...and the rain slowly moved towards us like a wall of water headed for you...it looked AMAZING, like some kind of special effect from a movie
