ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Joyce and I've recently finished my studies back in Germany. I just returned from my travels in Asia and Europe and I'm currently living in Galway, Ireland.
I'm very passionate about learning new things, travelling, and connecting with people.
I'm a kind-hearted and open-minded person and always appreciate meeting new people (and their pet friends) as well as experiencing new things and ways of life.
Even though I'm not very talented, I really enjoy painting and sketching. I also like hiking and simply being in nature, so I very appreciate staying in Ireland and exploring its beautiful countryside.
While travelling, I always try to learn about the country, it's culture, and the people living there. I think couchsurfing is one of the best ways to do so.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When travelling, I appreciate meeting kind people who are either travelling themselves or are local to the places I visit. I love to share adventures, stories or just a cup of coffee. Getting to know interesting people is a big bonus when travelling and I always love to gain insights into other people's way of life.
My roommate and I recently hosted a few couchsurfers in our shared flat. It is great to meet so many interesting and friendly people from all over and have the opportunity to show them our life here in Galway.
