I never really know what to say here. :/ I have a very curious nature. If i dont know about something, I'll seek answers until my curiosity is satisfied. I work hard, but I also know how to enjoy life. I recently married the love of my life and have never been happier.

Anything worth much in life requires some degree of risk. Without risk we cannot expect growth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to host and I love to surf. :) I believe that CouchSurfing is NOT about free accomodation. (Although it is a bonus!) It's about cultural exchange and making a lasting connection to the places I travel through friendships.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had numerous CS experiences as you can read below in the comments people have left. I wish I had more time to go to meet ups around the city but I like to work hard so I can afford to travel so I don't usually have the time. :)

Interests

I love animals. My two cats and my dog are my babies. I'm interested in learning about other people's cultures and ways of life that are different from my own. I recently have discovered an interest in yoga and meditation. I always and forever will be interested in photography. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all kinds of music but lately I find myself listening to more relaxation/zen type of music. However, if you play some reggaeton or other latin beat, I'm bound to get up and dance (not well, but I try.) :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Death Valley at sunset.
Sitting along the Seine on Bastille Day watching the fireworks at the Eiffel tower and realizing that i was 100% alone on the other side of the world making my dreams into my reality.
Crater lake in oregon after a snow storm. Its beautiful and you feel so insignificant as you try to fathom the depth and creation of such a gorgeous place.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to absorb as much language and culture as I can in life, so if you have a language you can teach me, I'm all about it!

I would love to be able to share my passion for photography with others. I inherited some of my mother's cooking skills so I'd love to teach and share a few delicious dishes with CSers!
