About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Making things happen since 1965.
ABOUT ME
I share a great home with my wonderfully fun and creative boyfriend, Blu. I love to sew, read and chat with new people. I work long days at Southern Oregon University, so I've learned to play when I have the time.
I would consider myself quite political, and devote much of my free time to union activities, as well as GLBT issues.
I consider myself a very liberal christian, and by christian I mean the Christ as Marxist rebel, love your neighbors, not just the ones you like, and forgive easily version of Christ. I am not conservative by any definition of the word.
I have a wonderful 20 yr old daughter who attends a university in Portland, and visits when she can. So now we have a spare room that can be used by folks who need it.
PHILOSOPHY
Love. Give.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Our home is open to folks who need a place. This can be an over-nighter or oerhaps a base camp to exploring Southern Oregon, East or West of the cascades.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am new to CouchSurfing. But Blu has had some great guests, and I'm looking forward to meeting some great new people.
Interests
I love film. I read often. I work for a university art & art history dept, so art is near and dear to my heart. Since Blu works for the railroad, I have lots of time to spend in my sewing room. And when he's home we stay active outdoors as much as possible.
