Overview
About Me
I'm a creative, people person who has a background in international events. I have a passion for nurturing + scaling sustainable social good start ups that are creating outsized positive impact in the world.
Love to support ethical tech, enjoy travel and meeting new people. I have been the unofficial host for my friends & friend of friends travelling to Melbourne Australia since 2005.
I feel it is always great to have a local take you under their wing in a new city & I enjoy hosting others- both in my own city as well as recommending places for others in cities I’ve been to ️🏖
I also enjoy house sitting for friends. I adore animals, so you can usually find me dog walking, puppy , cat &/ or horse sitting for others while on my travels in my spare time!
Would love to meet other kind hearted souls who adopt the same pay it forward sharing economy principals :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet locals with positive vibes, recommendations of cool cafes / cocktail bars/restaurants in different cites, as well discovering local social good projects, up & coming fashion designers, artists, musicians & exploring pop up stores - so please do let me know what your local favorites are!
Also love to attend sound bath meditations with deep beats, warm tea and chill vibes to ponder life with a good crew while having inspiring discussions in each city when possible

Music, Movies, and Books
So many favorite books. A few good ones for the soul & to expand the mind which I’d recommendation are;
The Holographic Universe- Michael Talbot
(it's an oldie that will definitely blow your mind if you are ready to deep dive! )
Give and Take - Adam Grant (I enjoy all his books)
Let My People Go Surfing - Yvon Chouinard (Founder of Patagonia)
Start with Why - Simon Sinek
The 4 hour Work Week - Tim Ferriss (this mindset is always relevant)
I highly recommend reading all of these especially for any entrepreneur's who want to build something with deeper purpose. Also great books for open minded people out there!

Great conversation & relaxed vibes.
I'm also an enthusiastic food buddy! Love to try all types of cultural food and discover recommendations of great food places
Very much a Foodie at heart, despite being a terrible cook myself haha (still learning!) - I’m better at helping others while they cook, so for any one who loves home cooking, I’ll always be a willing sous-chef 🏻 helper!
