ABOUT ME

I am a very easy going and laid back individual who loves any and every kind of sport! I am a former collegiate athlete in rowing and on the side I LOVE to swim, dive, wakeboard, snowboard, play basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc! With athletic training I get to be in the sports environment while nursing injured athletes back to health. It is absolutely my passion and I hope to work internationally with professional teams in the near future! With two siblings in the U.S. Navy, traveling is in my blood. Any opportunity that arises for an adventure...I'm there! I love to experience different cultures and participate in their day to day activities first hand...as well as a quick run through the touristy spots to check them off the list :p

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My brother first introduced me to couch surfing since he did it while literally traveling around the whole world, so currently, I have yet to surf my first couch, but hope to this upcoming winter on my ventures to Sweden, UK, etc!

Interessen

Swimming is the main sport I'm focusing and training for right now. I love working out, coaching diving, personal training, strength training, etc. I love helping people be the best they can be and rise to their full potential! I've coached springboard diving for five years now and have the best little athletes anyone could ask for! Rowing, rock climbing, surfing, hiking...anything outside and nature like :)
Aside from sports, of course it's TRAVELING, eating, photography, music, playing with my puppy, being outside, wearing sweatpants, being crazy, and trying new things!

I am more than happy to share whatever I know with whomever is interested! Have to warn you...it's specialized in sports medicine (my smart knowledgable stuff), having fun, experiencing life... Helping out with English and very Americanized French haha. I'm down to learn anything you have to offer as well!
