To realize and live fully who I am, my natural state and beam it out into the world. To be of service through meditation, contemplation and loving kindness. To embrace all that is, all religions, all people, all sentient beings, all living nature.

ABOUT ME

I have a courageous spirit, looking to bring love, joy and freedom wherever I go and question everything! I love being in nature, enjoying the simple treasures of life such as sharing meditation, silence, nature and loving kindness. Lately I have been focusing on intensive meditation practice and being silent. I traveled through India for 5 months meditating and spending time in nature. Loved it! Now I want to live in a quiet place in nature for further practice and to send loving kindness to all sentient beings. Any ideas?

PHILOSOPHY

Being honest, open and connected to my heart is my daily intention. I follow guidance from the teachings of the Buddha, wisdom, and truth wherever it leads and question society's assumptions.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before I ordained I welcomed people in my house and have picked up people in my car frequently. I love getting to know people and exchanging life experiences. And of course, I have couchsurfed also. My first experience in Trinidad led me to meet a wonderful woman who is now a dear friend. Couchsurfing is amazing. I have met the best people, every time!
