Raised in eastern Europe (Slovakia), I did my university studies in Denmark where I lived for the past 9 years. Landed a pretty cool job in San Diego in January 2022. Still new in town, weekends are spent outdoors hiking, or on road trips exploring southern California.

Into simple pleasures: hiking, running, classic literature, starting with calisthenics, traveling/exploring new places (of course!).

"Hosting people is like traveling without leaving your home." – Couch-surfing is a great place! I have hosted a few people back in our house in Aarhus, Denmark. It was a wonderful experience to meet so many people with different backgrounds and stories to tell.

Spent 3 months in Hong Kong and China back in 2018 doing some remote work, hiking and exploring 1st tire cities. Did the same in 2021, this time in UAE - 3 months in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
