My mission is learn about as many cultures as I can. I want to learn the history of countries and see how they became how they are. Also, I want to eat as many different dishes as I can.

ABOUT ME

My name is JP. I started traveling once I graduate university but I've only touched a small portion of the world. Currently, I work as a Telecommunication Engineer in Melbourne, Australia.
I love to cook and eat. My favorite cuisine at the moment is Vietnamese food but that can change depending on what you can show me.

PHILOSOPHY

Taking the wrong turn doesn't mean you are going in the wrong direction. It's only a detour until you find the right path.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking to explore different cities and gain new experiences from locals. NOTE: This will be my first time coach surfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Nevis Bungy. 134 metre jump in Queenstown. One of the most thrilling things I've done.

I can teach you about amazing destinations in Australia, mainly around Melbourne. I can show you nice trails and hikes. If you like camping, I can tell you about the amazing parts where your surrounded by trees with a clear view of the sky.
