ABOUT ME

I'm a very relaxed, easygoing person with a positive outlook on life. Southern California is where I grew up and I lived in a relatively small suburban town for most of my life, a great place for raising kids and retiring and that's about it. Growing in a bubble of sorts has made me extremely interested in meeting people in the world around me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would gladly host anyone if they had any interest in staying in Thousand Oaks. I just moved, once I'm all set up I'll start hosting in a more interesting area.

Interests

Well, as I mentioned before, traveling is a big interest of mine. Music is also one of the great interests in my life and I've been in a band for the last few years performing all over.

Music, Movies, and Books

Way too many movies to list, I'm a huge movie fan...
I'm interested in all sorts of music from jazz to grunge rock to pop to funk. Any book that can hold my attention is fine by me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once played trombone at the Sydney Opera House in Australia with my high school band. I had an improv jazz solo and it was incredibly nerve wracking but at the same time absolutely amazing.
