Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I have been switching gears between science and snowboarding over the last years. Living in the Bay area now and splitting time between both.
ABOUT ME
I am always trying to be outside snowboarding, windsurfing or surfing in the amazing environment that allows life and these fun activities. I enjoy time well spent with friends whether it's relaxing with a beer or having fun in Nature. I'm quick to adapt.
PHILOSOPHY
A couple things I might live by: Care for everyone-were all humans afterall. Enjoy your life and don't ever forget how fortunate you are. Open your eyes to new experiences and try to view the world as others do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hope to host some interesting people with new perspectives on life. Have hosted a few people and surfed once.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have only surfed once and it was a pleasurable time but was on a quick trip so didn't really get as much out of it as I would have liked. Planning to do extensive traveling/surfing (couches and mountains and waves) over the next few years.
Interests
Snowboarding, road and mountain biking, swimming, windsurfing, surfing, kayaking or just floating, biology, chemistry, hiking, trail running, climbing, dancing, anything fun really.

Music, Movies, and Books
I liked yes man and classics from the 90s.
I'm into rock, some indie, reggae, some hip-hop, some pleasant electronica. Some shows I've really enjoyed are Muse, Gov't Mule, Hot Chip, City and Colour, Wilco, Pretty Lights, Oka, SOJA. Love me some local music from MotherMother, Kyprios, Swollen Members, Hey Ocean.
I like reading books but go through them slowly. Some Sci-fi lately, real stories like the Endurance are always fascinating, other odd things such as jitterbug perfume, some technical stuff too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've lived in some of the most beautiful and best snowboarding destinations in north america, Tahoe, The wasatch, and now BC/Whistler. In those times I have experienced amazing times with amazing conditions and even more amazing friends. I am often astounded at how good life can be when you commit strongly to you're passions.
Teach, Learn, Share
I spend a lot of time thinking about life and researching my passions. Those things I believe I know well.
What I Can Share with Hosts
An outlook on life, excitement to explore, and an open mind.
