i live in laconia, in an apartment. i have a spare bedroom and a futon in the living room. the spare bedroom is kind of my free space which i use for banjo practice and random yoga. plus i have a pretty sweet rocking chair that is great for catching some sun on cool winter mornings.

going to put two on here. in 2010 i quit my job to travel africa for 5 months. then in 2013 i went to burning man. both were amazing experiences

i can teach some basic poi and fire staff moves. snowboarding when there is snow.
learning is fun and i sometimes read to learn. slowly getting more into yoga, and meditating ten minutes or so in the mornings....most days.
