About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find an excuse to go travelling again!!

ABOUT ME

When I turned 18, I backpacked Australia for a full year and caught the well known 'travel bug'.. since then I took any excuse to visit other countries, meet other people and learn about other cultures.
I love to live day by day and see what more the world has to offer. I'm always looking for new challenges and try to combine study and work within my travels.

PHILOSOPHY

'Getting lost in not a waste of time..'

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have have so many great stories to tell. Driving down the beaches of Southern-California, having Christmas dinner in Seattle and flying a plane in Hawaii! Awesome people took me to all this amazing locations that only locals know of and I made some really good friends along the way! It is the perfect way to meet interesting new people, find places you didn't even look for and the closest you can get to travelling while being at home!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After spending New Year's Eve '04 in Sydney, me and three others went on a 50ft sailing boat and travelled in two weeks to Hobart, Tasmania. We stopped at deserted Islands, had bbq's on the deck, watched amazing sunsets and seen dolphins, penguins and seals in the wild. This trip was one of the best things I've ever done and mostly because it wasn't planned at all. I was supposed to see the Australian Open at the time, but this was definitely worth missing it for!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn how to play the guitar and before I travel to South America I need to pick up some basic Spanish as well. I can't think of anything I might be able to teach you, but everything I learn on the way I will definitely pass on to the next one. What we can share is lots, like music and travel experiences.. but mostly having a good time!
