ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going person. I love God, my family, music, art, culture, traveling, the outdoors and more. I currently live in Oregon in my renovated travel trailer, next to CZ trail and an 8 minute walk to a coffee shop. I was a singer and in a band and taught ESL in Seogwipo, Jeju Island. That’s where I first heard of couch surfing. We had a surfer from France and I surfed in Busan and Seoul. I loved life on Jeju island! If you ever get the chance to go, please do, it's amazing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first experience in 2010 when me and two friends CS'd in Busan with a great couple who wrote each of us directions to many things and they were just so hospitable and kind! We then went to Seoul and stayed 3 nights in Itaewon and our host was great! We hung out with him once and he showed us around which was so helpful and then we were on our own which was great!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing that totally captivated me and made me tear up was this life sized sculpture I saw in Santa Fe, New Mexico of a Native American Warrior in action. The expression on his face was so real. It was intense to look at. I never thought art could move me like that.
