I'm from Colombia andI have backgrounds from Ecuador and Portugal, and some say that from China too, but I don't know xD.

I keep a bit of each culture from the places I've been, but they are a few and I want more! I love to meet new people, make new friends, hear their stories and share mines, make everybody laugh at my bad jokes and help a needed one when I have to. It's what I am.
I like to show me strong, cold head, proud, smoth, calm, peaceful, happy, and I am, but once you know me you will see a friend, be careful, I can be sweet like the honey. I easily suffer the pain of the others, maybe because my life hasn't been as easy as I wanted, but I'm glad like it was like this. I learnt that we can smile to any situation, that there is always a good thing we can take from it.

I like to say I'm a World citizen, because I've never lived in the same place all the time. Ecuador, Colombia, Portugal, Spain and Portugal again, and next, I don’t know, maybe England? Right now, I'm living in Porto, my dream city. I love this city, the sky, the river, the streets, the beach, the people, the day, the night, everything. I ow this city my happiness, here I met the love of my life, actually also with the help of this website.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My roommate created an account some months ago and we have hosted some really nice people. It just has been a great and riching experience so I decided it's time to have my own profile.

I love to go out and hangout with my friends, party and dance, by the way, I don't smoke, but I can accept a beer ;). Music, Movies, and Books

Music - I love all kind of music, from salsa, soul, house to rock, everything that but has a spirit, that we can feel its essences. Don't like heavy, dub-step, the progressive house that everybody listens to, or comercial artists that haven't an identify and produce what is fashion.

Movie - I'm a appreciator of the old but not too old ones, I enjoy a good action, romance, drama, horror, adventure, comedy, historical, animation.

Books - Like but not practicing. Have read some, but not as much as I would like. Something I want to change

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing? I think so. Gratifying? Just at the end.
Once, some years ago, I went in Colombia for vacations, what I didn't know was they made a huge riot. So huge that the roads were blocked with containers, stones or burnt cars. I have falimy in Ecuador, so I decide to take the risk and go there. On the one way, there weren't any problem, unfortunately, they were on the on the way back. I was travelling with my cousin by bus and a tire blown out on a road in the middle of the mountains, in Ecuador. We help to change the tire, it was about 3 am and we took like 3 hours to change it. In total, this ride lasted more than 24h. But the real surprise was when we got to the borders. In Colombia, all the roads were blocked, so we had to walk until the nearest main city, that was at 70 km from us. The amazing thing is that we made it, through road, through mountain, with a suitcase on our back, in the dark. We did it! :D
