To practice mindfulness, learn about culture and cultivate joy in life through dancing, making coffee, preparing tea, breathing, doing yoga & eating vegetables with people I meet.

I am a mother of three who loves to dance. I am a wild animal. I have a full house now and travel to Cuba, where my husband is from.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to be happy. To flow like water, break like water, smooth rough edges like water.
