Just a travel-loving, foreign-culture-embracing gal. I like to get a sense of the local flavor wherever I am, and meet cool people along the way. From Chicago originally, but have fun checking out cities big and small, and enjoy the personal side of places from staying with folks.

PHILOSOPHY

The earth is not going to stop turning any day soon. Roll with it, or run against the rotation, but either way keep moving in a way that makes it a better world. And whatever we do, let's keep our hearts light with laughter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Happy to host one or two CSers at my apartment anytime I'm in town, and look to stay with others when elsewhere. If you want a first hand tour of Detroit while you're here, let me know and we'll try to find a good day or evening.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far have only been a guest locally in Michigan, but had a fantastic visit with Jake in Petoskey. Looking forward to many more adventures in country, abroad, or at my new home in Ann Arbor.

Zainteresowania

Learning new things, especially languages and customs. Also enjoy sharing a good meal, spending time outdoors, and building friendships. Always interested in exploring the less traveled road both literally or philosophically.
