About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm going to India in 2008!
ABOUT ME
Overall, I'm a pretty laid back individual. I get along with just about everyone I meet because to each their own, right! The one down fall to being laid back is that at times I can be kind of quiet. It doesn't mean I'm not having a great time, I just don't have to be talking all the time. It does make me a great listener, at least if you've got my attention from the start. However, I've always got my two cents to share, and like most people there are a few subjects that get me all fired up. If that happens, I can talk forever.
PHILOSOPHY
To be different!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my first experience stay with another couchsurfer, and it was one of the best things I've ever done! It was in Brasov, Romania, and my roommate and I surfed for three nights. I wish it could have been longer, but my plane ticket told me otherwise.
Interests
Hanging out with friends (drink in hand of course), traveling, work and none other than the Pittsburgh Steelers, Super Bowl XL Champs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm got married less than a year ago!
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to think I'm a diverse individual, and have skills and knowledge in a variety of fields that can be beneficial to many. I have gained many skills and much knowledge from working in zoo education at small institutions. Things I've done in the past and currently do is teach people about life sciences and conservation. I also have expereince in managing paid staff and volunteers, as well as writing for grants and securing partnerships. I've also had the opportunity to plan and run small and major special events. Finally, I'm studying myself to eventually become a parttime financial planner.
