I am your typical friendly, outgoing person who wants to see the world. As of Oct. 5th, my vehicle will be my permanent residence. I'll be boondocking for the winter mainly in national forests! AShelterFromTheNorm dot com!

I listen to a little bit of everything from Phish to jazz to classical... I love to read, some favorites are Vonnegut, Hiassen, and Steinbeck.

Made a homemade rope swing in Nicaragua and played on it while the sun was setting, any of the summits I hit while in Glacier National Park, and a flightseeing tour of Denali(formerly Mt. McKinley) in Alaska, climbing a volcano in sandals in Guatemala.
