About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living the dream.....
...and more precisely, right now, finding company to share a roadtrip from Portugal to Andorra and hang out in Andorra and Barcelona!

ABOUT ME

"Choose life?... The world is TOO BIG for walls! I choose drum n bass, sunshine, friends, laughter, beer, whiskey, gorgeous sceneries anywhere, freedom and vodka with lemonade! ...and the prospect of uncertainty, millions of roads ahead, chaotic choices...and random sunrises in beautiful sceneries like north bull island, with the arms of random strangers keeping you warm, golden sun light on irish green grass, calm sea wave whispers, cold sand around ur toes." -> I was very poetic when I came in that morning :P

PHILOSOPHY

The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page...

Carpe diem...;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted loads and surfed a little....
met lots of amasing people, interesting people and random people...
made friends. some of my best friends today were people who hosted me or I hosted...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

as with everything in life, there are good days and bad days. I never had a really bad experience and I've never felt unsafe, but not every couchsurfer I met was an amasingly nice person and not everyone I hosted made an effort to meet me or took any interest in spending time being shown around the "hidden delights" of the area... one or two may even have sneaked in their bags the occasional sleeping bag or tent.... but you know what??..All the other ones - the ones who make sure they cook you a dinner and seat down with you sharing their stories, those who are really happy and thankful that you are willing to take the time to show them some random sights they would never have seen through a tourism office, the ones you end up travelling with, randomly and unpredictedly, the next summer and the ones who become another best friend - those make it all worth it ;)

Interests

Music, travelling, travelling with music, road trippin', backpacking, sports - lots of it and all of them - diving, motor racing, cars, design, arts, reading, writing, playing african drums, singing when no one's around, photography, philosophy. BEAUTIFUL PLACES that human kind hasn't ruined yet. Beach. Country side. Hectic cities. Clubbing. New people. My friends, loads of them and all good. Surfing. Driving. Anything that causes an adrenaline rush on me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Loads of them and too many to even start mentioning.

....Ok: fight club. Walter Mitty. Trainspotting. The 3rd wave. Hunt of the red october. The ladykillers. Interview with a vampire. Sunshine. Courage under fire. Blood diamonds. The 9th gate. Catch 22. The secret window. The extraordinary Mr. Ripley (?...or something like that). Yeats. O amor é fodido. Paulo Coelho. Good Morning Mr. Feynman. The constant gardener. Star wars. Back to the Future and Top gun. And so many others I don't even remember.
