Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Explore the unknown and pursue the great things in life: wine, women, and song.
ABOUT ME
I grew up on a dirt farm in central New Mexico and spent the first 18 years of my life tilling the soil and growing things in a desert. Upon graduating high school, I moved on to college and, upon completing my BA in philosophy and history, began a frenetic international trek across Europe to various destinations.
While I wouldn't consider myself a prolific traveler, I do enjoy the process of discovering the unknown. I'm comfortable getting lost in side streets and trying foods that I am unable to pronounce.
As a graduate student, most of my time is spent with my nose in books. For fun, I enjoy watching films, reading fiction, discussing just about anything with passionate people, and eating delicious food.
PHILOSOPHY
The unlived life is not worth examining.

Teach, Learn, Share
I feel as if I'm particularly good at taking difficult concepts within the humanities and refining them into points that others can easily understand—a sort of theoretical cartographer.
