About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to coax some life out of my basil plants.
ABOUT ME
Most friends would probably describe be as driven, creative, and slightly eccentric. I most likely am all of those things, but I hesitate to claim them as descriptors. I love the outdoors, though living in downtown Montreal makes that lifestyle, the climbing/hiking/rambling lifestyle I knew in Calgary, feel far away.
My husband Ross and I take joy in living in a multi-lingual city like Montreal. We frequent cafés, parks and libraries (and can make pretty good recommendations about those three things). A recent interest in slack-lining takes us out to Mount-royal quite a bit. We both play guitar, I make things, he learns languages and delights in meeting anyone who speaks a Language other than English.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None so far! I hung out with my friend's surfers when they were visiting.
Interests
I love to read. I have an addiction to story that pervades every level of my life. I love stories in all forms: books, lives, paintings, films.

Music, Movies, and Books
Our bookshelves would probably groan if they could talk. They are sorely overcrowded with poetry, classics, all of J.D. Salinger's published works, Science fiction classics and a solid selection of language books. All are welcome to browse.
